FIG is a not-for-profit community group running a weekly fresh produce co-op on the Central Coast, NSW.

What's it all about?

Our aim is to provide good, safe, chemical-free food to local families, grown locally where possible. Most of the produce is certified organic or Biodynamic, with a few lines guaranteed chemical free, largely from farms on Mangrove Mountain and from the Hawkesbury River to Cooranbong, and up to a radius of 160km.

We also encourage our members to grow their own vegies, and buy their surplus.
